Experienced a minor accident. Reported on app. Got a call instantly by a kind lady guiding me through the process (first accident). Post accident I followed up via whatsapp with Nkele Molele, who guided me patiently through all my questions, no matter how silly. I appreciate the patience the MiWay team has had with me during this stressful process. So far so good! Excited to see the remainder of the process and to know my money is with the peace of mind I intend it for.
