Pathetic Third Party Claim Service

MiWay is the WORST company when it comes to any form of claims. I have lodged a third party claim against MiWay for damage done to my vehicle by one of their clients and after nearly 2 months they eventually agree to pay out an amount quoted by a panel beater of their choice more than month ago. I then phoned the panel beater to check if the quote is still valid and was told it is not and that the prices have gone up since the quote date.<br> <br> Now Mr. Marcel Fourie is passing the buck for me to prove that the repairs are necessary as a result of the collision, and that the charges for repairing the damage is fair and reasonable.<br> <br> I am not disputing the work, I am disputing the fact that they base their payout amount on a quote that is older than a month and no longer valid, surely this is not fair!! This is completely unacceptable as they were the ones dragging their feet to get the release documents to me. I think this company is one to be investigated by Carte Blanche! Even a colleague of mine that WAS a customer of MiWay had to battle 8 months to get his car sorted!<br> <br> Service so foul should not be allowed and a company like this should not be allowed to operate!!!<br> <br> #MiWayMustFall
