Pathetic Services From Obakeng and MiWay

So am claim was rejected by MiWay as the assessors came for less than 2 minutes and gave them a complete different story as to what actually happened, the reason was that the contractor that installed the ceiling didn't do a proper job and I was told by Obakeng that I supposed to know it's wasn't installed properly.

Obakeng was rude, unprofessional and had a ****ty attitude I fail to understand how I should if the contractor did a right job or not when I took out the policy they didn't ask if the work done was correct or if all the *****s were in it's correct positions.

I would definitely not recommend MiWay to any person.
