Pathetic Service on house contents claim.

I have a claim in progress for over a month and to date, I have not received a single cent. I have been with you guys for over 12 years and this is the service you have provided. you are good at collecting premiums but when its time to claim then its a problem. Let me not even speak about how pathetic the service is. IF I do not call or follow through with an email, I do not get a response and STILL always some sad story. It seems as if we are doing you a favor! I have warned all my friends to change the company, rather pay extra money and not be sorry than to pay less and live the day to regret. If my claim is not finalized before my next premium, I want all my premiums paid back to me in full so that I can go a buy my stuff that had been ******. I'd dare to think if I had to claim against my car. what trouble I would of been in! You do not even deserve the ONE star I have chosen. will be taking this matter on every single platform and eventually to the highest! Once this claim is finalized, "whenever that is" I will surely be Moving my policy and warn everyone around me!
