Pathetic service on claim

I submitted a claim over a month ago for my rim that was ******. I was asked to provide all quotes and documents which were needed which I done and 2 weeks ago I got a call and the agent mentioned my claim was approved. He said that the payout amount is R1400 after deducting the excess. I told him that I do not agree with the amount being paid out because even if you take the amount that is on the quote and divide it by 4 (since he said miway is only paying for 1 rim and the quote was for 4) then you do not get the amount that I am being offered as a payout. I spoke to the agent 2 weeks ago and was promised that miway will get back to me and to date I have not received any calls. Surely I cannot just accept any low amount which is being offered? I find it extremely disappointing that miway go the extra mile to get you as a client but when you have a claim then they make you run around and take there own time and cannot provide a basic service.
