Miway dispatched tow truck. car wa towed to SMD then to Precision Auto Body at 406 Charlotte maxeke Streeet in Pretoria. After more than 3 weeks went to fetch the car at the panel beater, I discovered a DENT on the passenger door that was no there prior car was towed. Now Miway refused to fix the dent nor does the panel beater as I am told by *********** Miway call centers ansering bodies that the fault is between SMD and Panelbeater while panelbeater also does not want to account. My question is Miway authorised both this service providers not me and why is Miway not being accountable now with mess up that happened while my car was in the hands of their approved service providers? even worse is I call Miway daily and call center bodies tell me no manager is available to talk to me and someone will call me back and no one ever does. I am extremely disgusted by Miway.</p>
