Pathetic service from Myway!!!
This is my 100th attempt to have my issue sorted!!! Miway has the MOST *********** agents!!!! I am so done with Miway! I have them an hour to sort out my issues. 1/2 day is fine by and NO one is interested! I even threatened to cancel my insurance with them abs THEY DONT CARE.
I spoke to an unhelpful guy last week. So God damn unhelpful! And these people supposed to care for our insurance money. However let there be a problem with the debit order. Next day you will receive an SMS ' no premium no cover' should this be a 2 way process????? Shouldn't it????? Well I have requested quotes from other insurers. I have had it with useless Myway poeple!!!!
