PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MIWAY DOING IT THEIR WAY

i never thought after being with Miway for many years against other competative companies that i would receive such PATHETIC SERVICE.....i have taken Miway as their motto says we do things your way is a LIE... my polocy number ***0 has scratch and dent benefit well i made a claim with scratch and dent and they come back saying they dont pay for scratch and dents as they say that their T&C S apply to dog and cat and trolley scraches and it musnt be more than 20cm long now how do you determine how and when a scratch is made they want me to claim from my comprehensive insurance with them.i have car i have household and contents cover if this is the service im getting now im afraid when its a huge claim imagine the difficulty i will be faced with.............
