Pathetic service from Miway car Insurance

I joined miway for car insurance in January 2018 and by December 2018. My access had been doubled. From R2500 to R4250.00. I had an accident on the 23 January 2019 where. It was a hit and run. Miway decided to write off the vehicle which is working perfectly. They are going to deduct R4250. 00 from the value of my vehicle. The most interesting part is they need to move the vehicles to their name. Is There a need to do that if you are s****ping the vehicle?
