Pathetic service from Miway

Very disappointed by the poor service received from Miway. Submitted a claim 3weeks ago was then contacted to advised that the claim had been rejected and I should submit a dispute if we were not satisfied. The dispute was submitted on the very same day and to sat we have not received any feedback. I have called the call center about 5 times to follow up on the dispute and the agents advised that they would call me back to advise but we have not received any feedback. This is such pathetic service yet these insurers are sure to deduct their premiums every month.
