Pathetic Service from Claims department

I had a break into my vehicle on 29/10/16. The windscreen and rear quarter drivers side wondows were broken. I had logged a claim with Wilson Novela at 9:40 am on 29/10/16. He assured me that everything had been authorised and that PG Glass would call me within 3hrs. On 31/10/11 there had been no contact from either Miway as a courtesy call or from PG glass regarding repairs. I then sent Wilson a mail to please follow up, with no resoponse. I then called Miway on 01/11/16 and got thought to Ditsatgo from the claims department who said i should wait for 48hrs for the service provider being PG glass to call me, she said Saturday is not considered a working day so i canot consider it, i asked her in the mean time should i wait with broken windows, she rep**** yes i need to wait for PG glass to contact me or i can give them a call. She made no offer to find out what was going on or help (Sorry Ditsatgo that you have a job due to client like myself, the customer related industry is about good customer service unfortunately for you). I called PG glass and they had no clue about a claim being submitted. i then called MIway back and spoke to Kabelo who had the decency to offer help and call PG glass. PG Glass called me at 13.24pm saying that they have "just received my claim at 13.20pm 01/11/16 and one of their agents from the nearest branch will be contacting me". I would like to know from Miway if my vehicle had to be ****** from a shoppoing centre or work or any place in the interim who will be responsible for this? Miway? Wilson? Ditsatgo? We all know very well that insurers find every reason and loophole not to replace or pay out clients, i need my vehicle to commute around but clearly my insurers don't see the need to get claims sorted. I am a deligent client who pays on time every month, however if i miss one payment, I'm certain my service will be cut, but my service is being cut anyways even thou i do pay! The last time i needed road side assistance i was left 2-3 hrs waiting on the roadside before assistance arrived. If Miway cannot provide a service then they should close shop and allow other insurers who are more willing to provide efficient service to be in the industry.
