PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CHARLOTTE NKOMO :(
Called to reinstate policy at 13.25 was put on hold for no reason for 20 minutes and insisted on calling me back when I asked to finish up the query she said only her senior can match the premium so I am not sure exactly what her job is. She then put me on hold for a further 20 minutes and refused to help me. DISGUSTING!!!!!
