Pathetic Service Delivery.

Have received very poor service from Miway and the appointed Panel beater. Have been with Miway for 6 years with no claim. Claimed last year November for a broken bumper on my car. Claim was approved very fast in November. Am now in May and bumper still not fixed as the Panel beater has lots of excuses. Cant get the bumper and when a bumper finally arrived where ever they ordered it from it was the wrong bumper. Now bumper sent back and requested for a new one. Must wait for another 6 months I guess. And when you call Miway I get no assistance on a way forward always saying they will call back which never happens. Cancelled all my policies yesterday.
