Pathetic service......C705742 TP

<p>My sister was involved in a car accident in Febuary to date her vehicle is standing in our yard not fixed whiles their client who happend to be at fault is driving his BMW to work everyday as it has been repaired. IT is exactly 3 months later and all i was told yesterday by Bianca Louw legal advisor is that she only receive this on the 15th of March which to me is appauling. </p> <p>I had to contact them due to the fact that my sister is way to sweet and has allowed these people to play her for a fool. The very same Jeffery that bumped her was like oh sorry they also just called me yesterday to confirm my details, there is nothing i can do.</p> <p>As per Bianca this has been given to manangement to decide wether or not they will approve the repairs to be done on my vehilce and they claim to to be the best in the businees. My sister has to now wait till Friday to hear if the outcome is good or bad......what a way to treat people whiles their client who caused the accident had a loan car and has his BMW back to **** with my sister.</p> <p> </p>
