pathetic service by miway agent

I called miway to take a policy for my households contents..the agent wasted 30 min of my time he sounded so unsure about his product and when i asked to him to start the policy for me he kept making excuses put me on hold and hung up the call did not even make an effort to get hold of me.. the services pathetic i can oly imagine what will happen if i had to claim judging by their level of service.
