Pathetic Service

Should add a Negative to their 1 star..Pathetic customer service, debited ONE vehicle for 2 months on Personal AND Business after I had told them to be aware before the Policy started...Then they force you to take out a 3year tracking contract, even their complaints on their website has an AI generated response....Just check it out before joining..Their service is not Customer Service based, they get you to join then leave you hanging, Do not go with their cheaper than the rest quotes, rather pay more and get treated fairly, for the least, and have an Insurer that actually listens, Undestands and cares what you have to say, My intention is to now Cancel my Home , Personal and Business Insurance with them...One thing is guarenteed now though, they Will call me back with Urgency and Apologies...As expected from any Company that is loosing a client.. ..
