Pathetic service and total reap off!!!

They are not willing to pay claims , this is the second claim the insurance is making it impossible for me to payment for the repairs using excess as a weapon.

To top it up, they have been *******ly double charging me for one vehicle, an excess of R2900 +_ for 8 months in these hard times is a total reap off considering that they won’t pay me a single cent in interests despite the fact that they have used my money to earn them interest during the period.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to try MiWay as I look else where to cover my vehicles and business.

I pay these idiots over 15k on a monthly basis only to be shown the middle finger each time I put a claim.

Disappointed & annoyed!
