Pathetic service and arrogant personnel

I am very disappointed, the service I continue to receive from this insurance provider is not less than pathetic. Must I mention that the customer service personnel on the claims department would even go to an extent of dropping the call on your ear. One particular incident happened today the 1st of February 2021 at 17H56 , a lady by the name of Bridgette deliberately hung up on me while I was still explaining my claim story . She knew very well I would not be able to call again as it was already 18h00 and the call Centre would be closed.

Considering the premiums I am paying for both personal and business insurance cover I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment. Why should it always be a struggle to get assistance when it comes to claim queries.

I am looking for insurance recommendations.
