Pathetic service
Your scratch dent policies are a complete hoax and waste of money. Took out this extra policy on top of my insurance some time back. Tried claiming for scratches,put in the claim,sent all the pictures and spoke to one of your agents. Now just being ignored. Guess your attitude is we have your money and now we can ignore you. Would Hate to think how you deal with people who claim for accidents. This is an eye opener and it's time to find a new insurance company.

What is happening with my claim. Where must i take my vehicle to be repaired? I stick with original review. PATHETIC SERVICE.
