Pathetic service
Never before have i experienced such pathetic sloppy service from an insurance company. Policy details captured incorrectly. The app is useless i have been requesting call backs nobody responds. Requested a copy of the policy via the app still no response. Cant make changes to the policy either. Asking for details on the inspection when i took the vehicle in months ago. I am fed up now.
