Pathetic service

<p>Exactly 1 week since logging a claim, been called by the operator which didn't solve my problem. And guess what? I'm still waiting to be helped after a poor rating last night on the miway site... What's the problem? Are the employees qualified or trained to assist the customers or not? </p>
