Pathetic service

To my suprise got sms that you will debit my account . I never agreed to take a new policy with you guys , all I did was to request a quotation I did agree on anything and you don't even know if I got the car or not. Listen to call and tell me who gave you permission to want to debit my account. I called now I was told the debit order will go through and I will need to provide a statement in order to be refunded...that's nonsense I didn't accept any debicheck to allow you to debit my account. Don't you debit my account on the 22nd of Feb. I can't wait for 5 days for my refund and spend time sending you statement... what about my other debit orders.
