Pathetic service

We lodged a claim with Miway and the vehicle was towed to F and R panelbeaters since it is not drivable. When wanting to collect the vehicle for another quote we were told that we can collect the car without a release letter, at the panel beaters they stated that they need a release letter to get the car, when we finally got the letter F and R panel beaters was very rude and used vulgar language and did not want to give us the vehicle and this was around half past four because I called Miway at this time, if this is the kind of service providers you affiliate yourself with then we should all reconsider changing insurers! The person that refused to do his job at F and R is Igsan and the fault did not lie with us as the client but with Miway who delayed in sending the letter and the panel beaters who does not want to release the vehicle.
