Pathetic Service

I've never in my life experience such pathetic service with an insurance company, this is a mere Rim & Tyre claim i don't understand why is this claim delayed so much, imagine if i have a serious claim,, really considering moving because i cant trust Miway. My claim was Logged on the 24th Dec after hitting a pothole, all seemed to go well validating & processing the claim, hell came when i was waiting for funds and nothing came through, i decided to follow up 5days after speaking to Sanet (Useless) who informed me that i'd be paid.. to my surprised i was supposed to sign a form first which i never received, I then got the form signed sent back and still NO Funds. I call today as the funds are still not paid I'm told it was never Processed!!!!! REALLY ?! I asked to speak to a manager as i wanted the matter to be escalated & guess what i was CUT OFF!!.. I'm honestly Frustrated & i want my Money today no excuses its really not a big claim honestly Please sort it out..
