Pathetic service

This is my second complaint regarding this matter. On Monday I paid a car instalment for the second time yet I still haven't received my car from repairs. Yesterday mi way and supertech Newcastle did not extend my courtesy car with Avis. Last week Phumzile Mkhize the agent I dealt with said I can collect the car yesterday it will be done. When I went to supertech, they haven't even replaced the bonett. I'm so fed up with my way and supertech. If you still await to receive excess money after this treatment then you are fooling yourselves. I.will go as far as reversing my premium. Your service is so poor. Each day I have to call in to ask about my car. Supertech and miway have never bothered to pick up a phone and advise with the progress of my car. It's two months full now and I am still the one who is calling and fighting this matter....I'm tired.
