Pathetic Service!

I submitted a glass claim and no one is getting back to me. I keep having to call the call centre myself to follow up and keep speaking to agents who are disinterested and keep promising that I will be called back. All insurers I know off treat a glass claim as a matter of urgency. I wpuld very much appreciate it if my claim would be finalized so I can cancel this insurance. Pathetic service!
