Pathetic service

I contacted Miway on the 16 Feb as my car was dented and scratched at a mall,submitted the pics to them as well<br> I have not received any feedback regarding my claim as yet its been more than a month<br> I cannot imagine if the car was not drivable I would be stranded!!!<br> I am still being debited but there is no service being provided??<br> I called for roadside assistance on 13 Feb around 7pm,they couldnot even pickup my car registration on the system It was late I was alone??<br> I don't know what kind of a mickey mouse operation you guys are running but its just beyond me if you don't give feedback to customers that are actually paying for a service. ITS NOT FREE!!!!!
