PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!

On the 8th of July we suffered severe storm damage to our property. It has been more than 2 months and it still has not been sorted out!!!

The contractor is rude and clearly not interested in finishing the job. We have complained on numerous occasions yet nothing gets done.

Yesterday I even posted a message in Facebook messenger. We got a courtesy call informing us a manager will be in contact. We are still waiting.

We have photographic proof of everything, still the contractor argues about what we had. His service is poor. MiWay was informed that the job is not complete. The roof they replaced is not secure, I guess MiWay does not mind as they will have to pay again if the roof is damaged in the next storm.

I guess our only option now is to go to the Ombudsman… shocking
