Pathetic sense of urgency!
I am currently receiving the most pathetic service from Miway insurance. I have to follow up with their legal department regarding the retrieval of my excess from the 3rd Party that crashed into my car. Knowing that I don’t have a courtesy car they are still dragging their feet with resolving the matter.i can’t wait until my vehicle switched so I can insure my vehicle with an insurance company that cares about their clients.
