Pathetic, sad, low quality service

I have never in my life received such poor unprofessional service in my life. From staff not being very friendly or knowing what they are doing to being **** to and promised call backs. Logged a break down at 17:55 last night and by 20:13 I was still sitting woman alone waiting for the tow truck. Don't offer people a service you can not live up to. As a woman that drives far to work and home living in Jhb you believe your insurance company will have your back in a emergency. Well sorry miway you made my emergency more stressful than it needed to be. And how do you want your call center staff to have a great customer service attitude when there manager can't even give a service. Miway should be proud for leaving woman standing stranded for over 2 hours alone.
