Pathetic Roadside assistance service
I had a breakdown with one of my vehicles in a dangerous area, i first submitted this via the app and got no call or anything from miway. I had to phone in to tell them of my breakdown and that i need road side assistance urgently, i waited close to 2hrs for roadside assistance i can only imagine if it was my wife that got this breakdown how much more in danger would she be really pathetic service from miway i will be canceling my policy with them
