Pathetic Roadside Assistance from Miway

Pathetic service from Miway roadside assistance. Definitely canceling my account with them. My dad had a breakdown 22km out of Volksrust. He contacted Miway roadside assistance and requested for a breakdown to be dispatched to his location. Miway dispatched a breakdown from Secunda which is 138km away. I cannot understand what geographical or locical sense this makes as it should have been dispatched from the closest town. Upon querying, I was told that there were no available units close by. How does such a big insurance company which we pay accurately and timeously provide such a lousy excuse? This means, the wait on the side of dangerous roads in indefinite. My dad is elderly and only arrived home at night, this was a 6 hour wait. The best advice I can give to anyone is to not sign up with Miway as such an instance can risk your life and the life of your loved ones.
