Pathetic pre-sales service

So, Miway had this function on their website where you load your existing policy onto the website for them to compare and supply you a quote. well, I've done this twice now. After the first time I requested feedback and was informed there is no attachment. This was sent through the same day and I re-submitted online again, but still no response. Maybe Miway does not need new business and I presume they are doing too well then. Very poor service and I am not even a client as yet. Not a good way to grow a client base in this fashion.
