Pathetic *********** service

I have never dealt with such an *********** insurance company like MiWay. Since day 1 of submitting my claim i have been given the run around and dealing with Juliette who can never answer any of my questions. My vehicle has been for repairs for a month now and MiWay now expects me to pay for the courtesy vehicle. These guys do not know what they are doing and i will be cancelling my policy with MiWay as soon as my vehicle returns from repairs. I would rather pay for better service.. The amount of calls and airtime wasted on this company is pathetic.
