PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a terrible way to start with a new insurance company!!!! I specifically asked for my debit order to go off on the 1st of every month.... to my surprise they decided that the 26th is the first day of the coming month??? Numerously tried to contact them vial email, telephone, logging a call on their website without any success!!!! The lady at the call centre's answer to me was that they tracjk how much money is in your account 7 days before the debit order date and if there is enough they just deduct it before the debit order date!! What kind of BS is this???? I would like to manage my money myself thank you very much... I had to use that money that was in my account for fuel and costs for the remaining of the month... but Miway decided F U and they just took the money whenever they want... *** is a debit order usefull for then???
