Pathetic Attitude,False Information,****** Money

Miway are a bunch of rogues and I urge whoever has insurance policies with them to cancel before its too late!!!!!i've been insured with them for almost 3years without claiming yet,i also have a motor warranty,now when I need to claim they refuse to pay out!!!in addition to that I had a family member added onto my policy and they debited my account with R2400 when my monthly repayments are just R700,ive asked them repeatedly for a breakdown of why they removed so much and as to how the money will be refunded but I havent heard any response and its been over 2weeks.A report on Hello.Peter is just the beginning,i am going to the Ombudsman and putting an article into the Rekord newspaper and Laudium Sun. I will not stop until my issue is sorted and I have clarity on what is being done with my money!!!!!
