Pathetic
Pathetic! A request was sent to terminate insurance cover due to ridiculously highly inflated premiums. A confirmation was received that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Nothing happened. Now their expensive premium will go off my account! AGAIN! This is ********! Please terminate that with immediate effect!
