PATHETIC
This claim was submitted Thursday 25th January 2018 to Miway. The device was only collected on Monday 29th January. The claim was authorised on Tuesday 30th January. Since that day I have been promised day after day that this device will be ready same day. Today is Friday 02nd February 2018, I got another promise that it will be ready today.Guess what, I still dont have it back. Now they tell me it will have to be on Monday. Everyday is a different story. Its like they only remember my device when I call. I dont get updates unless I call and they promise to call back, which they never do. This is pathetic service to say the least. Im soooooo angry right now.
