I came across hippo insurance and I did a quote to see if I was paying too much for my insurance cover and hippo results stated that I am currently paying too much with Miway. So instead of jumping ship I decide to give a call to Miway to review my policy. I spoke to MPHO MOLUSI A MIWAY SENIOR ADVISOR who was very passionate, informative and with care understood my plea in So doing advising me and went through the process to help me in reviewing my policy .My premium came to down and I was very happy.i was happy with the manner in which she handled my complain and attentiveness to details and the reassurance that I was a valued customer .she gave me more information on my policy which was very helpful.
