Passing the buck, no claim, no availability or assessment or contact

Miway is one of the most unprofessional insurance companies in the country. After being with them for a full year, they have failed to contact me back for my annual policy review. And while the value of my car has decreased, they have upped my monthly premium with R210 Without Any Notice, or claim being processed with them. It takes weeks to get hold of a single qualified consultant whom isn't working under permanent supervision. They want you to be permanently subdued and subjected, to provide you with as little value as possible for as high a premium as they can force out of you. Not impressed with all the passing of the buck, all the time, at your, their client's expense. No email correspondence or phone calls were made to me, and they will try force you to speak to them when you least have time because you need your job to pay their sky-high premiums no questions asked, and then refuse your right as their client to email correspondence because they cannot be held responsible for the promises they make you.
