Partial fix on claim😳

Had an accident that scratched the entire side. A glorified assessor decided they will only fix it partly. Shocked to pick up a vehicle repaired partly from the panel beater. The assessor decided what to fix and what not to fix by looking at photos I provided no consultation no explanation he/she communicates through the panel beater. This organization has gotten to big to care. Glad I have seen their true colors on this small claim.
