Panel beater reassignment is dragging

The claim registration process was pretty quick,i did everything on the app. However, I got assigned to a panel beater that is far and its a bit impractical to drop off the car and still make it to work. I've asked for it to be changed, and I've been waiting for 2 weeks with no progress or update on the change request. I also did follow ups but still no update
