Panel beater damaged my car, mechanically

A fellow road user bumped into my car on Sunday, 06 August 2023 - only the bumper was damaged. I contacted Miway, which towed my car to a panelbeater on Monday, 07 Aug 2023. On Friday, 29 Sept 2023 I called Miway, enquiring of the progress on the repairs. I was informed there's a mechanical problem that the panel beater had noticed, the panel beater is awaiting approval from Miway to fix that mechanical problem. On Monday, 02 October 2023 i lodged a complaint with Miway - raising 2 issues - 1. the panel beater is taking too long to repair 2. my car was towed to the panel beater with no mechanical issues. On 09 Oct 2023 I made follow up (on the complaint raised on 02 Oct) - I only received a call from Miway on Thursday, 12 October 2023. Mandla Msiza (the caller) said i am liable for the mechanical problems the panel beater picked up, he could not answer most of my questions and he said I must call the panel beater to get answers. Miway towed my car to this panel beater of their choice even today I still dont have my car back. On the day - 07 Aug 2023 Miway towed my car to the panelbeater it had no mechanical/electrical issues. Miway should be liable for these mechanical issues.
