The service was outstanding! Patrick explained the full process that he would follow for resolving the emergency. Patrick and Bjorn kept in touch even after the process was finished. Great Customer Service, My Way can be very proud to have such well trained and caring employees working for you. I can honestly say the way the emergency was handled impressed me. Good job and best wishes!
