Overjoyed customer / Customer retention

I had been on board with Miway for the last 5 years now. I decided to cancel my policy with Miway due to me having a buyer for my car, but however things didnt work out as planned and then I contacted Miway again to re-instate my account but had some difficulties and then decided to totally close my account due to some Miway requirements. I then recieved numerous calls yesterday from Diego Phasha but I was too upset to answer any of them, but then this morning I recieved another call from Diego and he was able to pull some strings and offer me exactly what I wanted to stay on board. This has been excellent service recieved and I am now overjoyed to stay on board and not go to another competitor as I never really had a problem with Miway and I always wanted to stay on board. I would really like to compliment Diego on the excellent customer service recieved and he did go out of his way to save me. This is the kind of service we need at all times. Even when I do buy another car soon, I will definately contact Diego Phasha to work out a deal for me. Once again a job well done Diego Phasha - you are super fantastic - Miway - simply the best !
