Overdeduction and ignoring my queries in contention of the overcharge
<p>I was deducted more than the my agreeid installment for a period where I was only supposed to be charged a pro-rata amount. When I query tghis no one is responding to my email and when they do call me they keep quiet and just send an sms saying they tried to call me.</p>
