Overcharged on prepiums
Miway overcharged me on premiums for 30 months and they refuse to accept user error from their side and refuse to refund me.
My work phone number on my policy was correct but they had my work address on as Graanendal more than 200km from where I stay.
My work address is not on my policy schedule and I only noticed it when I went to my online profile when I wanted to submit a cnsellation request.
Earlier this week I also phoned to cancel my policy from business use and the lady said my policy was not insurared for business used.
