Overall the experience has been great
Overall the experience has been great. My only concern is having to follow up about a claim more regularly than I would like instead of being updated or getting radio silence. However, I had a friendly encounter and more information provided by Levert Layte on the WhatsApp channel. Levert managed to give more more information in 5 minutes than anyone else has in two weeks.
