Overall experience : Very efficient , professional attitude and friendly.

It is for the first time submitting the claim with MiWay and I think there were very quick to do validations and confirm within 4 days if the claim is approved or not. It was quick and easier to submit a claim through the call center than MiWay app, tried it and not sure whether was a network issues from my side.
