Over promise

I am 11 days in and I'm still not covered, first miway told me to go get my car inspected. I did that 2 weeks later they still haven't found the inspection report at the same time I get an sms that I am not covered. After calling them in this time they agent said \sir you are covered while we try to resolve this.3 Time since i have ask them to debt the money each time I get the same responses. I have mailed twice now with no response as of yet. My is 5 month pregnant and she can't drive the car, cause its not covered. She is forced to travel by public transport until this is resolved. I don't ask for a lot i just want this resolved."
